Arrival at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, resort check-in begins at 3pm

7pm: Welcome Dinner & Hosted Bar - St. Andrews Room

Saturday, November 28th - Old Mac

9:20am - Round 1 at Old Macdonald

Sunday, November 29th - Bandon Trails

9:20am -  Round 2 at Bandon Trails

Monday, November 30th - Pacific Dunes

9:20am -  Round 3 at Pacific Dunes

Tuesday, December 1st - Bandon Dunes

9:20am -  Final Round (4) at Bandon Dunes

6pm - Awards Dinner - Trails End (Bandon Trails)

Wednesday, December 2nd

Depart Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, checkout time is 10am


The Turkey Golf Gala Tournament

All four rounds will be part of the Turkey Golf Gala, where teams of 4 will compete against one another in a mixture of formats (2-high, High-low, Mids) while everyone gets to play their own ball throughout. In Suave tradition, this is casual competition, primarily intended to foster camaraderie amongst everyone in attendance with some great prizes up for grabs.

In addition to the 4-person team Golf Gala, Suave will also be organizing an optional net skins game each of the four days. Trip attendees may sign up for skins at the welcome dinner on Friday night.

 

Replays

All Jamboree participants are welcome and encouraged to replay one of Bandon Dunes' world-class golf courses each afternoon. Replays are not included in the trip package.

To reserve a replay round, Suave recommends checking with the golf shop each morning during your stay to see which course has afternoon availability.

Replay rate $115 (applicable at all 18-hole courses at Bandon Dunes) 


Lodging

Lodging at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is included with this sabbatical. Both single and double occupancy rooms are located in Bandon Dunes' Chrome Lake Cottages. Depending on the size of your group, the following options are available to book.

  • Single Player - double occupancy room
  • Two Players - two people in the same double occupancy room
  • Four Players - there are a limited number of Chrome Lake Lofts available, which feature two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a shared living room. This is a wonderful option for two couples (4 people) to room together or for two guests who'd enjoy some extra room. Email us to reserve.

 

Walking Only at Bandon Dunes

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is a walking only golf facility. Carts are not available for guests unless they have a permanent disability and provide supporting medical documents prior to arrival.

Caddie Services


Caddies are recommended, but not required. Golf Gala participants can select which rounds, if any, they'd like to utilize a caddie for on the registration form that is sent out after registering for the event.

Caddie fees are to be paid by guests directly to the caddie at the conclusion of each round. The caddie fee is $125 per bag, per round, plus gratuity. 

 

Weather

The weather in Bandon, OR in late November can be unpredictable. It's possible that the Gala enjoys 4 straight days of sunshine and mild wind, while equally possible it rains for 96 straight hours with gusts exceeding 40mph.

Gala attendees should prepare for any and all possible weather outcomes, as the Golf Gala will be taking place rain or shine. In addition to whatever you'd normally bring to a 4-day golf trip, Suave encourages everyone visiting with us to strongly consider bringing the following items:

  • Multiple pairs of golf shoes
  • Rain jacket & rain pants
  • Rain gloves
  • Comfortable socks (bring 3 more pairs that you think) 


Cancellation Policy / Refunds

Event registration will close on Sunday, August 16th, 2026 at 8pm PST, after which all reservations become guaranteed and non-refundable. Cancellations before 8/16/26 will be refunded, minus a 5% processing fee. Please email events@suavegolf.com to request a refund.
