Strap on your golf boots everybody, we're heading to one of the most golf-friendly cattle ranches in the United States!
Silvies Valley Ranch is an active 250,000 acre cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon that is home to a one-of-a-kind reversible golf course that switches routings every day. The two routings are known as the Hankins and Craddock courses and each are absolutely incredible. Even though the courses are collectively ranked as the 60th best public-access course in North America by GOLF.com, both tracks are five-stars and are among the most fun golf courses in the country where guests enjoy a golfing experience that's incredibly unique and over-the-top fun.
And did we mention the food?!?! All the food at Silvies is harvested/raised on the ranch, and prepared by their award-winning culinary staff, providing guests with what we consider to be some of the best food available at any golf destination in North America.

Trip Itinerary
Thursday, August 5th
- 12pm - Guests can check in and enjoy unlimited golf / practice rounds for the remainder of the day on any of Silvies' three courses
- Guests are on their own for dinner on Thursday night (restaurant reservations are necessary if eating in the dining hall)
Friday, August 6th
- 7-9am - Breakfast
- 8-9am - Skins Game Starting Times (optional) at Hankins Course
- 12-2pm - Lunch
- Dawn 'til Dusk - Unlimited use of all three courses at Silvies Valley Ranch (Hankins, Chief Egan and McVeigh's Gauntlet)

Tournament Format
Because every guest has unlimited use of all of Silvies' golf courses and practice facilities throughout our stay, we want to keep this trip relatively unstructured so you can enjoy this golfing playground however you best see fit.
All Suave Golfers are welcome to participate in the net skins game that will begin between 8-9am on the big course Friday and Saturday mornings. We will be hosting mini-tournaments at the Chief Egan par-3 course during Friday and/or Saturday afternoon that will have some awesome prizes, and the same will occur at McVeighs Gauntlet.
Getting to The Retreat, Links and Spa at Silvies Valley Ranch
There's no way to sugar coat it, SVR is OUT THERE! But the journey is part of what makes Silvies such a special treat for all it's guests.
Flying
Portland, OR (PDX): 5.5-6 hour drive from Portland's airport to SVR
Boise, ID (BOI): 3 hour 40 minute drive from Boise's main airport
Bend, OR (BDN): 2 hour 45 minute drive from Bend to SVR
Driving
Regardless of whether you plan on incorporating air travel into your journey, all guests who aren't utilizing private jets will need to spend several hours of their journey in an automobile. The three airports listed above are the closest hubs to SVR and we'd recommend flying into one of those spots before renting a car that'll get you to Silvies. If you're driving your own vehicle, make sure it's reliable, as there's limited resources once you get within a 150-mile radius of the resort.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations become non-refundable after June 5, 2021 unless there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot, in which case you will be refunded minus a $50 registration fee. Cancellations made prior to June 5, 2021 will be refunded minus a $50 registration fee.
These are stricter than our normal cancellation rules, but Silvies Valley Ranch's group agreement requires a non-refundable payment, in full no later than 60 days prior to arrival, hence our policy for this trip.
