Cancellation Policy
Event registration will close on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 5pm PST. All cancellations before 12/15/23 will be refunded, minus a $75 registration fee. After December 15, 2023, reservations become guaranteed and no refunds can be issued for cancellations.
